Connection Youth meets on Wed nights immediately following worship service in the sanctuary, currently led by Ashley Jones... After worship, the youth head downstairs to their classroom. Our Youth Class is designed to help students build a strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ while learning how to navigate the challenges of today's world through a biblical perspective. Then after our lesson we go to the hangout room where we play games, hangout and get to know each other... it is a place where teens will feel included, accepted and loved and feel at home!!!
Our goal is not simply to teach Bible stories, but to equip students to live out their faith every day at home, at school, in their friendships, on social media, and in their future careers. We encourage questions, honest conversations, and meaningful discussion in a welcoming environment where every student is valued and challenged to grow spiritually.
Our prayer is that every teenager leaves knowing who they are in Christ, understanding the truth of God's Word, and feeling equipped to live as a faithful follower of Jesus in an ever-changing world.
